I am an Associate Business Analyst at Billtrust, helping business make payments and get paid faster. I help implement Billtrust products for our customers, working with AR teams, CFOs, IT teams, and others to ensure that our products meet and exceed the goals that our customers have.
I started my journey in technology as a design associate at Total Solutions, helping organizations leverage Microsoft 365 to improve collaboration. I have also spent years piecing words together as writer. I have grown as as strategic communicator supporting businesses, my university, and non-profit organizations.
I am originally from Connecticut, and currently live in Arlington, Virginia. I graduated with Honors in History from Washington and Lee University. Listening to music takes up a lot of my time, but I’m a sports fan, public transit nerd, and fan of all-things geography.
